Technical Lead Developer (Equity + Growth Opportunity)
We need a major figure to lead development of our core algorithm and scalable web platform.
Pre-seed stage – seeking a passionate technical leader who believes in our vision and wants equity + path to CTO/leadership role. Open to flexible agreements that work for everyone: part-time, equity vesting (1-10%, 2-year schedule), milestone-based.
Must-haves: Backend/ML (Python, PyTorch), full-stack gaming experience, startup hustle.
Remote OK, Italy/EU preferred.
