Operating under an ADGM Tech Licence Endorsement, we are deploying closed-circuit sanctuaries engineered to restore human dignity and provide institutional truth. We are seeking a high-status Managing Director to lead our UAE/GCC operational rollout and institutional bridge-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Institutional Governance: Serve as the primary liaison for Tier 1 institutional partners and regulatory bodies within the GCC.
  • Capital Allocation: Lead the execution of our $3,000,000 seed placement and manage the corporate treasury for global scaling.
  • Operational Leadership: Build and govern the executive team required to scale our sovereign data refinery and B2B marketplace.
  • Strategic Moat Management: Protect the legal and corporate integrity of the US/UAE bridge and the coalition’s $1.375 billion IP portfolio.

    • Requirements

  • Proven track record in M&A, institutional capital, or sovereign-grade infrastructure.
  • Deep connectivity within the UAE/GCC financial and regulatory ecosystems.
  • A disciplined understanding of behavioural data, digital sovereignty, and the Physics of the Sanctuary.
  • Absolute discretion and the ability to operate within a high-fidelity, clinical environment.
